Simply select the Alma - 2, 3, or 4 installment payment option to complete your purchase and spread the cost over 2, 3, or 4 months securely. Your order will be processed within our standard timeframe of 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This option incurs a fee of 2.25% of the total order amount.

Once you receive your product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange it. Go to our returns portal to receive your return slip by email.

In order for your exchange to be accepted, you must meet the following conditions:
1 - Your product must never have been worn.
2 - Your product must be returned with the following items: original box, accessories and
especially the seal still attached. Otherwise, your exchange will be refused.
3 - Your package must be protected by double packaging (the original package or a box designed for this purpose).
4 - You must stick the slip on this package and slide the return slip inside it.
Once your return has been reviewed and approved by our team, our customer service department will send you a credit note equal to the value of your original order (minus delivery and return shipping costs). You will have 12 months from the date of receipt to use this credit note.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
