Return Policy

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

• Withdrawal Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return an item.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and must not show any signs of use or wear.
• Exclusions: Second-hand items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please make the return request directly in your customer account.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered under the following terms:

• Payment Method: The refund can be issued directly to the payment method used when placing the order on the website (does not include orders made in store).
• Voucher: If you wish, a voucher for the corresponding amount can be issued for your future purchases.
• Exchange: You also have the option to exchange the item for another, subject to availability.
